This comes from Ireland and features the work of the excellent CARA Adapted Physical Activity Centre.
In this episode you’ll see interview with Niamh Daffy and Liam McDonagh who are driving the CARA Centre from its base in Tralee in the south west corner.
They provide opportunities for people with disability from all over Ireland.
